Continuous or Prime

This generator system can  be used  before permanent supplies are available and is  often more economical in short deployments of less than  three years, depending on location and  availability.

A generator needs regular maintenance every 400 hours, during which it has  to be shut down.  If a continuous supply is required and  there are no other power options available, back-up  units must be added to the system (this also covers repair “downtime”).  This system requires the generators to be run 'in parallel' via the Aggreko Gempac TM system.
